Joyful Bites Cookie Classes
💳 How do I reserve my seat?Your seat is reserved once payment is received. Spots are limited, and classes often fill quickly — so don’t wait!🔁 What is your cancellation & refund policy?Cancel 7+ days before class: You may receive a future class credit.
Within 7 days of class: Credits may still be available, but payment processing fees may not be refundable.
Within 48 hours of class: No cancellations or credits (your custom cookie set is already baked and ready!).
If you’re sick, please stay home and rest! If you notify me before class, I’ll box up your cookie kit for porch pick-up at a later date.
If you're running late, still come! We’d love to have you.
Once class begins, refunds or credits are no longer available.
If you’re unable to attend, please notify me in advance. Reserved seats that go unused without prior notice will be forfeited.
👩👧 Are there age requirements?Ages 12+ may attend independently.
Ages 8–11 must attend with a paid guardian.
Guardians must purchase a ticket and remain for the full class.
Due to limited space, there is no spectator seating.
Please note: some decorating tools are sharp, and we’ll be working with icing and food coloring (aka… messy fun!).
🌨 What if there’s bad weather?If weather impacts class, I’ll contact you with options. Depending on the situation, we may reschedule or issue credits/refunds. We’ll figure it out together!

Gluten-free and dairy-free options are available upon request. However, my kitchen is not certified gluten-free, so trace cross-contamination may occur.
📸 Will photos be taken?Yes! I may take photos during class for social media and promotional use.
If you prefer not to be photographed close-up, just let me know — I completely understand.
