At Joyful Bites Bakery, every treat is made to celebrate life’s sweetest moments. Each custom cookie, cake pop, and dipped pretzel is created with care, creativity, and a sprinkle of joy — because I believe desserts should taste as wonderful as they look!

🍪 Cookie Flavor & Freshness

My sugar cookies are vanilla-flavored with a soft vanilla royal icing. Each cookie is individually heat-sealed for freshness and can last up to 2 weeks at room temperature or longer if frozen.

I also offer gluten-free options upon request. Please note that while I take great care, my kitchen is not a certified gluten-free facility.

Custom cookie sets start at $3 per cookie, with final pricing based on:

• Number of designs

• Colors used

• Level of detail or personalization

• Metallic or hand-painted accents

Once you share your theme or inspiration photos, I’ll provide a personalized quote made just for you.

📦 Minimum Order

The minimum order for custom cookies is one dozen (12 cookies).
Larger quantities are always welcome!

📝 Ordering & Payment

After submitting your Custom Order Request Form, I’ll reply within 2 business days to confirm your details, pricing, and pickup date.

A 50% deposit (or full payment) is required to hold your spot on my calendar.

🚗 Pickup & Shipping

Pickup is in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania.
Shipping is available within the U.S. for an additional fee.

Standard shipping starts at $12, though rates may vary by weight and destination. I’ll confirm the total when quoting your order.

I love creating cookies that bring your ideas to life!
You’re welcome to share photos, invitations, or color palettes for inspiration.

While I don’t copy another baker’s exact work, I’ll design something beautifully unique that captures your theme and style.

🎁 Packaging & Presentation

Each cookie is carefully packaged in a bakery box and sealed individually for freshness.

Add-on options include:

• Gift boxes or individual packaging with ribbon

• Custom tags or logo stickers

💛 Cancellations & Refunds

Because every order is made just for you, refunds or returns are not available.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss a resolution.

Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before pickup may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on how far along your order is in production.

• Store cookies in a cool, dry place (no refrigeration needed).

• To freeze: keep cookies sealed and place in an airtight container.

• Let cookies thaw at room temperature before opening to avoid color bleeding.

I recommend placing orders at least 3–4 weeks in advance, especially around holidays and busy seasons.

Do you offer gluten-free cookies?
Yes! Gluten-free options are available upon request. However, my kitchen is not certified gluten-free, so trace cross-contamination may occur.

Do you offer classes or events?

Can you ship cookies anywhere?
I currently ship within the U.S. only. Shipping costs are based on weight and location.
